Quality 3 / 3
I just moved here from NC and I am a practicing MD. I don’t usually write reviews but Club KO Staff encourage members to express how they feel and to share experiences. I must say that I was surprised by the quality of training I obtained and currently receive at this facility. The trainers motivate everyone and I can always expect a great workout. It gets crowded sometimes but I truly give Club KO a grade A. Shop around and you will find that pricing and value are unmatched. Go Club KO!

My son has been training here for about a year now and I must say that he is having fun, and has show tremendous amazing progress. He has won both regional and national tournaments and will soon compete for golden gloves. I am very satisfied with the great trainers and down to earth staff. It’s hard to find gyms like this and trust me I have been to dozens of gyms

Had a lot of fun, you get so many different classes and it doesnt cost a lot. Owners are super nice, you can talk to them anytime, and the trainers are superb. A lot of pro fighters come from all around the world to train her, and they even help those who are beginners. I liked it here a lot. I just moved and I wish there was a Club KO in Tampa!

Bottom line: Sign up for this gym if you want to get in shape. Do not delay like I did – running down the street or going to a regular gym will not get you the same results. After you go once, you will be hooked. No easier way to force yourself to do intense full body cardio and strength workout for 60 minutes. If you can keep up going 4 times a week for 2 weeks, momentum will do the rest of the work. I am very satisfied with my results from Club KO. My body has changed and my confidence is so much higher especially since everyone use to see me as just “a house wife”

Beautiful gym. I bought my membership with Schneider. He was soo awesome! He made me feel like I knew him for years and had my wife and kids laughing the whole time. He really took the time to educate us on our fitness goals. If you go ask for him. Not like every other gym which is going to be like car sales man and sale you a high price membership you don’t even need!

If you are looking for a great, hard workout…this is your place! I would consider myself a gym rat. I’m someone who likes to sweat every day. The majority of my workouts are swimming or running, but I was looking for something to help me build more lean muscle and I stumbled upon LA Boxing. After my first boxing class I’m already feeling the burn. Expect a great mix of cardio and muscle toning. The instructor, Aaron was great at giving me and my parter additional help when we weren’t nailing the technique. He was super helpful! Check out their website, they let you try out a class for free. Really there is no reason not to try it out! I will definitely be adding these classes into my weekly workout regiment. Thank you Club KO!

I have been to about 10 different gyms in my lifetime. Club KO is the best by far! My body has transformed- seriously, I get comments all the time. The trainers are really nice and helpful. Usually, I stare at the clock praying for a class to end. NOT with Club KO. Time really flies by and you have fun while doing it. I have to give a special shout-out to Chill. I have also had numerous trainers in my lifetime. But with Chill, I have actually seen results. I am so much stronger. He will kick your butt, but it is totally worth it. I highly recommend training with him if you are looking to strengthen or tone!

Being a shiny-new resident to South Florida, and needing a new gym, checked out the usual suspects but knew I was done with the typical routine to be found therein. Walked into Club KO, and my first impression was intimidation. Bunch of guys and girls punching and wrestling was definitely not in my comfort-zone, but I moved to Miami to get out of that safe-space. Took the risk and have been duly impressed with the gym and the instructors. 3-months later training with Mike and taking boxing classes with Chill and Ray, I’ve a new appreciation for the skill that boxing requires, the confidence that a fighting-sport instills and the bonus of dropping 15 lbs has been SWEET.

Unorganized Boxing Gym. The class schedule doesn’t match up with what’s offered when you arrive. The class times are way off, the class literally starts whenever and you can count on that being at least 30-40 minutes after the scheduled class time. Members are clowns I’ve never been around a bunch of grown ups that were dedicated to physical fitness that complained, nagged and displayed such poor maturity levels and thought it was cute. It was a very disruptive and uninspiring situation that I signed up for I dreaded going to the classes. The owner needs to hire more trainers, so htat you have options. A particular persons personality may not mesh well with the ONE trainer that he has in the facility, also a cleaning company needs to be hired to clean up that place it is a mess. I do not plan on returning and that explains the low amount of clientel they probably said fudge it after their trial class. That’s what I should’ve done. I have never seen more than 6-10 people max in the facility and you still can’t accomplish a workout. So if you don’t mind working out in a messy environment, foolery, unprofessionalism, lack of organization, late class times, complaining members and a cluessless business owner. Then Club KO Pines is what you’re looking for, becasue I blame the owner for how poorly his establishment is ran. I should’ve been paid for showing up to that dump!!!!
